Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Farrdil (“Farrdil,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

1. The service

Farrdil provides an AI-powered customer service platform that lets you deploy a chat assistant, configure its behaviour, connect knowledge sources, escalate to a human, and integrate with your own APIs. We may add, modify, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account, including activity by people you authorise. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have authority to enter these Terms on behalf of your organisation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Farrdil to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights.
• Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited messages.
• Upload malicious content, malware, or attempt to compromise our infrastructure or that of other tenants.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent.
• Use the service to process sensitive personal data (e.g. health, financial, biometric) without first agreeing on appropriate safeguards with us.
• Train competing AI models on our outputs or scraped service content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Farrdil — system prompts, knowledge base sources, conversation transcripts, custom integration configs. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and route that content as needed to operate the service for you.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; price changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual property

Farrdil, its name, logo, and the underlying platform are owned by us. These Terms don’t grant you any right to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the service.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate; you’re responsible for reviewing assistant output before relying on it for material decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US $100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us from third-party claims arising out of your use of the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity. Sections that by their nature survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) continue to apply.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [VENUE].

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll notify account holders by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
